My husband and I brought our 4 & 6 year old sons with to UC BABY Hamilton to see their new sibling for the first time. We asked for the gender reveal and, despite only being 16 weeks, and having a sleepy, hiding, very private baby, the ultrasound technician didn't give up until she found the gender. She was incredibly warm and professional at the same time, as was the man in the front office. It was a quiet, comfortable environment and we all really enjoyed it. I'd absolutely do it again. Also, we didn't need them, but they had several extra chairs and plenty of space with a large TV to watch the baby. We could have brought a few more people! Highly recommended UC BABY to any parents-to-be. We were so impressed we ended up going twice! The images we got are so clear along with a recording of our babys heartbeat and printed photos. I went to UC Baby with my first pregnancy, and absolutely loved the experience. I was able to find out the gender of my baby and instantly formed a bond. The baby in my belly wasn't an "it" anymore. I didn't get the opportunity to go to UC Baby with this pregnancy, and I hate to say it, but the same bond just isn't there. I really don't like not knowing what I'm having....But I guess I will find out in less than 6 weeks. I didn't know it at the time of our appointment but I had very low amniotic fluid (which I was later hospitalized for and almost induced early because of). Despite the challenge of trying to get clear images while my amniotic fluid was so low your staff was patient, courteous and friendly! My husband was working out of town at the time and it meant SO much to us that he was able to take part via the internet and still see our baby and hear us and talk to us! I will be honest: I was skeptical about spending the money; I went with the cheapest option (Gender Reveal), as my husband wouldn’t be here for the anatomy scan. I can say with confidence that it was completely worth it. The atmosphere and experience alone are things you don’t get at the hospital. The sonographer was extremely professional and helpful. Unfortunately, we spent 20 minutes there and were unable to tell the gender, as the baby was down too low. I was advised to drink more water and come back the same day, and we were instantly able to determine the gender. Today was the 2nd time I used UC BABY for my 3D ultrasounds. The first time was in 2014, and it was great. My daughter was hiding her face and we were allowed to come back a 2nd time for free, and she went over the allotted time to try and help us get the best pictures possible. We went for a 3D ultrasound on my 27 weeks. The sonographer was super nice from the moment we stepped in. She explained everything and tried all in her hand to obtain our baby face image, but she wasn't cooperating. She booked us for a repeated session on my 30th week and gave me some advice to help the baby be in a better position. This time, we were able to see her face and get some pictures. Again, the baby wasn't that cooperative, but our tech did everything she could for us to have a nice video and picture of our little one. I received a gift card from a client so I booked an appointment at the UC BABY. The staff were very friendly and helpful. On my first visit the baby had his legs in front of its face so unfortunately we didn't see much. The tech let us rebook for a second visit. This time the baby was fully asleep. They gave me cold water and donuts to eat to wake the baby up. But again, we unsuccessful in getting good shots. The ladies allowed me to come back one more time. On this third visit, the hands were in front of the face, but we were more successful in seeing the baby's face. Today, my husband and I got a sneak peek at our baby girl! We had a great experience right from the beginning. This was our second session of a two-part deal (first was gender scan, second 3D ultrasound) and although the baby wanted to hide her face with hands and toes, the tech knew some tricks to get her to cooperate! Yes, I did jumping jacks and laid on my side, but in the end.... TA DA! We got a great picture of our little bean! We had such a great experience with the entire staff who made our session unforgettable. For a small extra fee, we purchased the USB with the entire recording! Great experience today for our gender determination appointment. The ladies were very friendly and the ultrasound technician checked the gender at least 5 times for us so we could be completely confident. We had the most AMAZING experience!! ❤️ Don’t walk, RUN to UC Baby to have their 3D ultrasound! We had the most incredible experience with our ultrasound technician today. She went above and beyond to capture images of our stubborn little baby, who kept putting his hands and feet in front of his face. She managed to capture some amazing images of him and his side profile and 3/4 of his face! She positioned me perfectly to ensure we could get good quality images and even knew exactly how to get him to stretch and move amniotic fluid around so he could move into better positions. We were so excited that she worked so hard to give the perfect images of our little guy. She showed us all of the core structures, we got to listen to the heartbeat, and she answered our questions in incredible detail! I would highly recommend this experience. Amazing experience! They were very professional and attentive. The price is very good and transparent, there was no wait time and they really take the time to get the best 3D pictures of the baby. I had an amazing experience! The UC Baby staff are amazing people. My baby was not very cooperative during the first visit. Our tech was extremely patient and nice, doing everything to help my baby move around a bit to be able to get at least some decent pictures, which they did. They gave me a second appointment to try to get a better view of the baby. For the second appointment, my baby still didn't want to show anything. Again, the sonographer was patient and did everything needed to get clear pictures of my baby's face. And showed me all the other body parts. Last Saturday my husband and I went to UC Baby to see our little one. The receptionist was very nice to us. She explained everything about the package we chose and helped us to make our account to share the ultrasound video with our family. When we started our session the technician was very patient and explained/showed us our baby during the scan and did her best to have a cute baby picture of our baby’s face. Got an ultrasound here at UC BABY and had a great experience. The girl who runs it is extremely sweet and knowledgable. She constantly pointed out what the baby was doing, and her positions the whole time. I recommend it to anyone pregnant. I went at 18.5 weeks and brought 5 family members with me, the room was spacious enough for everyone. I got the ultrasound, DVD, photos, and bear with the heartbeat in it, and my mom, mother-in-law, father-in-law and sister-in-law (all in the US) watched from the live feed the whole time and could hear all if us in the room! This is our first baby, so when we found out we're pregnant I searched for a good place to do a 3D Ultrasound & since most of our friends kept telling us about UC BABY we gave it a try. It was a nice experience even our baby doesn't cooperate in first few minutes, and my tummy is so hard at that time due to contractions,but she was so patient and made me relax a little bit to get a good picture and video of our baby boy. You don't feel she's in a rush even though there's next appointment after us. She even gave us extra pictures our baby that will be added to our album. Thank you UC BABY! Having 3D ultrasound at UC BABY was the most amazing experience one can wish for. On the arrival to our appointment, we were greeted by a very courteous lady, who turned out to be the owner of this place. We were welcomed into a very nice room, with a big screen tv and a comfortable bed. Our technician made this experience extra special - she was very attentive, patient and really tried to get our little girl to show her body parts, no matter how our baby tried to hide in there.
