We went to the UC Baby Burnaby location for my 3D ultrasound. I must say the experience was thrilling and beautiful. I could never imagine that I got to see such amazing pixs of my baby. My boyfriend and I just came back from our appointment which was scheduled for 10:30 AM for the Gender Reveal and a Heartbeat Bear. Our baby was very stubborn though and didn’t want to move. However, the ultrasound tech was super sweet and had us come back later at the end of the day when she had more time to check for the gender. And luckily when we went back it was within a matter of a few minutes that she knew what I am having! When we had our hospital ultrasound our baby had her legs crossed the whole time. Were were disappointed not to be able to find out the gender so started searching for a private ultrasound place. We paid just over $300 for 2 sessions.. Comes with DVD's of each session and photos and 2 Heartbeat Bears (Twins) with a recording of each babies heartbeats :). It was an amazing experience. But when you are watching 2 hyper babies moving, it's harder to find them and zoom in for good clear shots... The technician and ladies at the front desk were very sweet... The room was very spacious and it was a great experience overall.

My Wife and I had an appointment at UC BABY Burnaby location last Saturday. It was fun and pleasurable experience. I believe I was one of your first clients here in Winnipeg. The first time I went was to find out the gender of our baby - so excited when we heard it was a girl, and your tech was excited with us. We went again for our next pregnancy at 10 weeks, just for peace of mind as I was an "older" mommy and feeling very apprehensive. It was so great to be able to bring our daughter to see the "new" baby - and your tech was so great in explaining to her what she was seeing - baby was doing great. It was touching to remember first time we saw our daughter was in that room, and now she gets to be there to "meet" her new baby brother.

I liked UC Baby because I got to finally see my baby brother/sister in 3D and 4D. My Mom showed us the black and white picture from her doctor, but it didn't even compare to the amazing pictures from UC Baby. My favorite part of the appointment was getting the Heartbeat Bear with my brother's or sister?s heartbeat inside it. I sleep with it every night, and it makes me feel that much closer to them. I wish I had found this place sooner! The peace of mind knowing I could book as many ultrasounds as I wanted, to keep myself calm and be able to see the baby grow, was priceless. The staff who answers the phone and schedules all the appointments is quite possibly the nicest, sweetest, warmest human being I’ve ever met. My son had his head down each time we went in but my tech didn't give up. She continued to try having me come back. The care she provided was amazing and I thank her so much for trying to get me the picture I wanted. Unfortunately my son is so low and facing away so in the end we couldn't get the picture but it definitely wasn't her lack of trying. I would definitely want to go back to UC Baby! Today was the 2nd time I used UC BABY for my 3D ultrasounds. The first time was in 2014, and it was great. My daughter was hiding her face and we were allowed to come back a 2nd time for free, and she went over the allotted time to try and help us get the best pictures possible. Amazing service. My partner and I wanted an ultrasound to check in on the baby in between our diagnostic ultrasounds as it had been almost 8 weeks and I was feeling anxious. They went above and beyond to accommodate us on short notice. The tech was friendly and informative, and the room was warm and comfortable with extra seating and a couple of TVs so there was always a good view of what was going on. We left with a picture and some videos of our little one. It was such a relief to see the baby and hear the heartbeat. The service was also very reasonably priced. From beginning to end me and my family felt comfortable, had excellent conversation and she even went as far as to make sure we go to to see every inch of my stubborn baby boy would hid his face for a good portion of the session. My 5-10 minute appointment ended up being 45 minutes to an hour because we have one stubborn baby who refused to show us the gender. The ultrasound tech was so persistent and tried different ways to get the baby to work with us. I expected that the tech would only focus on the lower half of the baby because we only purchased the gender ultrasound and not one of the packages - however she showed us everything multiple times trying to get the best shot of the babies face as she could. I hope to come back for another ultrasound near the end of my pregnancy to get some amazing pictures! Thank you!!

The UC Baby staff was great, she was kind and we were able to get cute photos of our son. This was the first ultrasound for the father. So magical for him to be a part of it. We were also able to share this moment with grandparents via live broadcasting. all of them said it was a special moment and super easy to access. I loved that I was able to 'see' my baby before I could hold them. There is so much that happens in pregnancy that only I (the woman) could experience. This is one way for my husband to share in that experience. The Live Broadcast made it possible for our family to celebrate this with us. We got a copy in DVD so our kids would be able to watch this when they're older.

I got the Bronze Package as a birthday gift. I've heard nothing but good things, so I was excited to finally get to go. The atmosphere was comfortable, private and welcoming. The lady doing the ultrasound was nice and genuinely caring. She loves what she does and it shows. We paid $180 + tax with $50 off from a coupon we got from the Baby Show and we did ours in Cambridge. It's well worth it though. We got the full package with DVD, photos and Heartbeat Bear. It was amazing.

I went in for a 3D ultrasound last night and couldn't be happier with the service provided. I didn't know what to expect as this is our first child but the staff were friendly and welcoming. The environment was very relaxing and the service was amazing. We got the Silver Package and it was worth every penny. All of our family and friends loved that they could watch the live stream from across the country and we keep watching the video over and over again. We are so in love with our growing daughter. I found out about UC Baby when during the Covid situation my husband was not allowed in hospital for ultrasounds. I found it on Facebook and then booked it right away. The experience was really awesome. The staff was really polite and tried their best to get the best photos and we were really happy with the results. I attended the 3D ultrasound of my granddaughter this morning. I cannot say enough good things about this UC BABY experience. Both of the individuals that we dealt with were very kind and helpful. They were so pleasant to deal with. There were lots of different add ons to the original package but we were not pressured to purchase any of them.
