The tech was incredible. She did our gender scan at 20 weeks and then a second scan at 37 weeks, both times were on a whim with 1 days notice and she fit us right in. Wonderful 3D ultrasound experience! My baby boy didn't want to take his hands from his face, but the technician was patient and gave me the opportunity to run and get a sugary drink to see if he would wake. We went to UC BABY Hamilton today. The experience was amazing. The staff was super friendly and made the experience much more enjoyable. The facility is warm and inviting. It was so amazing seeing our little guy. There were 6 of us all together and were told the more the merrier. The ultrasound technician was sweet and talked to baby throughout the entire visit. Really happy with my experience. They gave us two sessions because the baby was stubborn at the first. Really put a lot of effort into getting good pictures.

My husband and I brought our 4 & 6 year old sons with to UC BABY Hamilton to see their new sibling for the first time. We asked for the gender reveal and, despite only being 16 weeks, and having a sleepy, hiding, very private baby, the ultrasound technician didn't give up until she found the gender. She was incredibly warm and professional at the same time, as was the man in the front office. It was a quiet, comfortable environment and we all really enjoyed it. I'd absolutely do it again. Also, we didn't need them, but they had several extra chairs and plenty of space with a large TV to watch the baby. We could have brought a few more people! I found out about UC Baby when during the Covid situation my husband was not allowed in hospital for ultrasounds. I found it on Facebook and then booked it right away. Wow! What an amazing experience! I went for a gender determination ultrasound at 19.5 weeks. Unfortunately, our little 'man' was not very co-operative during the ultrasound. They were able to give us the gender, but they had hoped to give us a nice photo of his face...Our little one wanted nothing to do with that, but not from lack of trying on the ultrasonographers part. She was amazing! She tried so hard to get us the best images possible. Even though he buried his face in my placenta the entire time, we still have some wonderful pictures. We will definitely be going back around 30 weeks and try again for a face picture. I want to thank the staff at UC BABY for being so amazing and taking their time with me. My husband and I had an amazing, wonderful, and magical experience with UC Baby. The employees were so incredibly delightful and nice. The ultrasound room was spacious and clean. The live broadcasting went smoothly, and we're so happy our parents were able to join the live to watch the entire session. We went to UC Baby Edmonton when I was pregnant with my first daughter 4 years ago. My husband and I were a little nervous and excited since this was our first pregnancy and we were unsure of what to expect. But the atmosphere was phenomenal and the staff was so friendly and inviting. The ultrasound technician was so knowledgable and understanding that being pregnant (I was 28 weeks) could be uncomfortable for mom-to-be. She was also very patient in showing us our new bundle. She even counted her 10 fingers and toes. She gave us amazing pictures (not blurry ones like you get from the 2D ultrasounds) on a great keepsake CD. We even bought the Heartbeat Bear, without any pressure from the staff. This experience was by far the best, apart from the day I delivered her, in my entire pregnancy! Wonderful experience at UC BABY. They were so friendly, and made me comfortable all the time. First time i went, we couldn’t get a good picture, because my baby was hiding all the time. They offered another ultrasound later to get a better picture. I was more than happy. There are no words to describe the feeling when you see your baby. I was in for a 3D ultrasound at 29 weeks and my experience was fantastic. From the friendly greeting on the admin side to the technician that showed us all kinds of angles of our baby girl. The quality of the imaging was fantastic and more then I could have expected. The immediate family to our baby are in Nova Scotia and West Virgina and they were able to watch and listen in giving them a sneak peak with out even having to be there !! We also were happy to get comforting reassurance on the gender! No need to return any cute dresses or repaint the nursery! The dvd from the session i will cherish as it is worth every penny to see her move and make expressions. I do agree that I think one great session is enough at around the 29-30 week mark in the pregnancy. I had three people in the room with me but you can take up to 5 and it doesn't have to be family so it was really fun. We made a day of it. I wish I had found this place sooner! The peace of mind knowing I could book as many ultrasounds as I wanted, to keep myself calm and be able to see the baby grow, was priceless. When we first went into the UC Baby, we were blown away how comfortable it was! The giant screen in front of us, the couch and comfy pillows everywhere was the first sign that I knew we were going to have a great time. Being in a completely different province from our families has always been hard, but to have UC Baby allow our families to watch the Live Broadcast and see our child all together was so amazing! It was one of the best experiences in my pregnancy and my life.

My Wife and I had an appointment at UC BABY Burnaby location last Saturday. It was fun and pleasurable experience. We loved seeing our little one and getting the vivid photos of her cute face, hands and feet. When the regular ultrasound visits could not tell us anything! The technicians always told us that the gender couldn't be determined. What do they know! You should note that we ended up having 5 medically prescribed ultrasounds and none of them could tell us. What an amazing experience! I was very early on in my pregnancy with twins and just wanted my mind put at ease about how the pregnancy was progressing. Their sonographer was the most thorough person I have ever met. She addressed every single on of my concerns and kept me in the room for nearly 45 minutes! She let me listen to both babies heartbeats more than several times and continued to show me them over and over again. She never made me feel rushed. The price was unbeatable! Best money I had ever spent. I would have gladly paid triple what I actually paid. I will definitely be back later on in the pregnancy to see my babies again! I received a gift card from a client so I booked an appointment at the UC BABY. The staff were very friendly and helpful. On my first visit the baby had his legs in front of its face so unfortunately we didn't see much. The tech let us rebook for a second visit. This time the baby was fully asleep. They gave me cold water and donuts to eat to wake the baby up. But again, we unsuccessful in getting good shots. The ladies allowed me to come back one more time. On this third visit, the hands were in front of the face, but we were more successful in seeing the baby's face. The UC BABY staff, both the tech and the office receptionist, were very kind and patient and I appreciate them taking the time to show me my little peanut. UC BABY Calgary did an amazing job!! The receptionist was super friendly and the technician was amazing!! Did above and beyond with our ultrasound, got some amazing photos of our little girl!! My husband and I enjoyed the whole experience with the 3D ultrasound. We fell more in love with our daughter when we saw her facial features and how she was moving around so much. The staff was very friendly and helpful and made sure we left feeling reassured that we were having a girl! It was also good that my parents were able to watch the whole session online thru Live Broadcast because they couldn't make the appointment! I love that it's more personal and intimate. I love that the tv screen is set up so the mother and family can see the whole appointment/session unlike medical ultrasounds. I also love how friendly everyone at UC Baby Lethbridge are. Such a wonderful experience!

She didn't give up until we found the baby's gender, even though the baby wasn't cooperating at first. I had my 3D ultrasound at UC Baby Toronto and it was a great experience. I did not make an earlier booking and called them in the morning requesting if they could take me in. They were amazing with their response, and immediately could book me in for a slot later that evening, which meant that were going to attend to me after hours! Such an incredible experience! Came here before three years ago with our first baby and just had to come back again for our second baby. So amazing to be able to get a sneak peek of our little peanut before the big day. Makes it that much more exciting. Such a magical moment to get a glimpse of what's going on inside you. Went to UC Baby in Richmond and it was the best!! The service was great and the quality of work was amazing. I booked my appointment very last minute and they were able to set me up within a few hours. The staff were extremely friendly and were willing to stay till 5:30pm (they close at 4pm) for me. We went to UC BABY Hamilton. We were hoping to get a quick gender determination ultrasound, but we left with so much more. Excellent experience! Detailed instructions sent right to your phone, as well as directions to the office. Thorough exam with a fantastic technician who took the time to explain and show us the features of our baby. She genuinely seemed excited with us and even when baby would turn away and not cooperate, she was super patient and didn't rush us out. I would highly recommend UC BABY for gender reveal or even just to see baby's activities between booked medical ultrasounds. Thank you so much!!!
