We had a fantastic time at UC Baby when we found out the gender of our baby and got our Heartbeat Bear. The attention is very courteous, the staff is friendly, and the process is simple and fast. While we unfortunately could not get great quality photos during our 3d ultrasound because the baby was super sleepy and stubborn, I wanted to leave a review to mention how absolutely amazing our ultrasound tech was. She was so incredibly patient, and she went totally above and beyond to try and get images of our baby. While we are sad that the baby didn't cooperate enough to get good images, we are so happy with the experience we had thanks to the tech, and she confirmed the gender. We also bought a Heartbeat Bear for a keepsake. We want to thank her so much for trying so hard today for us!! 2nd visit -- UC Baby went out of their way to bring us back for a repeat session, and our baby was much more cooperative this time! I went yesterday for a gender reveal. It was an amazing experience!! I brought my fiancé and daughter and they both loved it as well. The tech was super sweet and showed us lots of different angles of our li'l peanut and all the tricks he was doing! Going back again at 25 weeks. We had a wonderful family experience at UC BABY! The staff were friendly and professional, going above and beyond to help entertain our daughter who can along for the experience. Our 3d ultrasound technician was very nice and informative, taking the time to help us see every detail of our baby and make the overall experience fun.
