Today was the 2nd time I used UC BABY for my 3D ultrasounds. The first time was in 2014, and it was great. My daughter was hiding her face and we were allowed to come back a 2nd time for free, and she went over the allotted time to try and help us get the best pictures possible. Today when I went, we got amazing photos the first time. The technician was so kind (same lady as the first time) and atmosphere was great. We absolutely loved our experience with UC Baby. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful and very welcoming. The space felt safe, clean, and comfortable. It was amazing to have the experience of finding out the gender and hearing the heartbeats with my husband able to join me. Got to see our baby girl today for the first time! The experience was beyond amazing and definitely one-of-a-kind. My husband and I couldnt believe that we were actually seeing her yawn, smile, and kick her feet up. The technician was amazing. The tech at UC BABY Surrey was great. She saw baby's gender almost right away but we couldn't see baby's face so she told us to take a break and walk around for 20 mins and when we came back baby had flipped! After a miscommunication with booking, a non existent appointment and an extremely upset hormonal pregnant lady, UC BABY exceeded expectations with a prompt, generous solution and we had the most amazing ultrasound. My whole family and I are extremely pleased with how the situation was handled and the outcome of our visit. Seriously loved my experience there today. The sonographer was knowledgeable and was able to get my baby girl to move so that we could get the best photos of her.
