I had my 3D ultrasound here today and I highly recommend this UC Baby location. Although the tech had a hard time seeing the best pic of the baby’s face due to the position, she is so patient and let us come back after a few tries. And finally, we had a nice view. I was here at UC BABY Whitby clinic today to meet my little prince 🙂 We were late about 15min to our session and worried if we would have time to have our whole session or be rushed into it. Even though it was our mistake that we arrived late, the staff were so kind and understanding and were able to complete our whole session. Our experience was great, staff was so nice and helpful. The 3D ultrasound was fantastic!! It was such a great experience we laughed so hard because baby was sleeping and wouldn't move as soon as the tech said "ok I think we're done for now", the baby started to move and we got some great shots of his face. The Heartbeat Bear is the greatest thing ever and such a wonderful memory to have for baby. Thank you so much for letting me experience this amazing ultrasound. My wife & I wanted to take our son and daughter to see there little sibling. We all wanted to find out the gender. We had used another company in the past but wanted to try UC BABY from all the great reviews we we're reading online. Well, let me tell you that they were fantastic. They closed at 5pm, and stayed open longer for us because we were running late for our appointment. Great customer service and an all around great experience. We highly recommend you try them out. I absolutely loved my 3d ultrasound experience! The technician is very patient and makes sure you're satisfied with the shots! She's also super nice and makes you comfortable.They have a few big screens to make sure you and whoever is with you sees correctly. She's always explaining what's going on on the screen. We just had our 3D/4D ultrasound session at UC BABY this past weekend and it was well worth it!!! The ability to see our little one yawn, stretch and smile with such clarity was the most beautiful and heartwarming experience ever! My husband works out of town and for him to have the ability to share in this experience with me thru the free live broadcasting service was the most amazing thing ever! With our session, we also took the Heartbeat Bear and the USB with the photos and video session. I am almost embarrassed about it, but not enough to hide it...I have been cuddling with this ADORABLE bear almost every night since I brought it home and often listen to our daughter's heartbeat before going to sleep. The staff and atmosphere of this centre was so warm, welcoming and accommodating and I appreciated their patience and attentiveness with me. Whether you're a first time mom or a veteran, the UC BABY services are definitely a wise investment! At the end of the session there is a goodie bag full of offers and samples. Great job UC BABY!!!
