Fantastic experience! From walking in the door and being greeted immediately with a smile to the actual appointment with the ultrasound tech. She was so calm and made sure we got all the photos. Also, warm jelly, which is a super bonus for all the expecting mommas out there! My boyfriend and I just came back from our appointment which was scheduled for 10:30 AM for the Gender Reveal and a Heartbeat Bear. Our baby was very stubborn though and didn’t want to move. However, the ultrasound tech was super sweet and had us come back later at the end of the day when she had more time to check for the gender. An absolutely amazing experience. My first UC BABY experience and I was very pleased. The lady was very patient and done everything possible to get our little miss to move so we could see her face. We got some excellent pictures, and a perfect recording of our baby's heartbeat. Very friendly. 5/5 stars! Overall great experience. I got the Ultimate Package, so we found out gender (perfectly accurate) at 16 weeks and went back at 28 weeks for another session! The baby wasn’t in the best position, so they let me come back a week later at 29 weeks. This time, we got some great photos and got to see her eyes open, yawn, and move all around. My wife & I wanted to take our son and daughter to see there little sibling. We all wanted to find out the gender. We had used another company in the past but wanted to try UC BABY from all the great reviews we we're reading online. Well, let me tell you that they were fantastic. They closed at 5pm, and stayed open longer for us because we were running late for our appointment. Great customer service and an all around great experience. We highly recommend you try them out.
