I had amazing experience at UC baby!! Very nice facility with friendly stuff. The ultrasound tech was awesome. They answered all questions and showed us the baby as long as we wanted. My family and I didn't know what to expect with the 3D ultrasound and were pleasantly surprised by the friendliness of the manager and ultrasound technician. The technician took extra time with us and explained everything we were seeing with enthusiasm and a smile. We got to see exactly what we came for (despite having some issues with baby cooperating!) We just had our 3D/4D ultrasound session at UC BABY this past weekend and it was well worth it!!! The ability to see our little one yawn, stretch and smile with such clarity was the most beautiful and heartwarming experience ever! My husband works out of town and for him to have the ability to share in this experience with me thru the free live broadcasting service was the most amazing thing ever! With our session, we also took the Heartbeat Bear and the USB with the photos and video session. I am almost embarrassed about it, but not enough to hide it...I have been cuddling with this ADORABLE bear almost every night since I brought it home and often listen to our daughter's heartbeat before going to sleep. The staff and atmosphere of this centre was so warm, welcoming and accommodating and I appreciated their patience and attentiveness with me. Whether you're a first time mom or a veteran, the UC BABY services are definitely a wise investment! At the end of the session there is a goodie bag full of offers and samples. Great job UC BABY!!!
We just had our second ultrasound with UC BABY. We had an amazing experience both times! The staff are very friendly and very helpful. They take their time to make sure every visit is experienced to its fullest! The tech always made sure we were both equally involved and that we were able to see all angles of the baby before we left (we went over our time slot but they wanted to ensure we saw everything). The staff were very kind and very involved in the whole experience. It made everything special. I very much recommend UC BABY. They are so considerate and so kind! Worth every penny and more!
