It was an amazing experience. Tech was very friendly! Baby was not overly active, but we got some really good pictures. I was able to include both of my sons in the room which was awesome, And they were so excited! My husband and I visited this place for the first time. We had a wonderful experience. The staff is very helpful and supportive. You will find the place super comfy, clean and surrounded by a positive environment with an incredible customer service. Also, the ultrasound tech explained every detail about our baby. We recently visited UC BABY for my 3rd & final pregnancy .. wow what an amazing experience!! I wish I had of done it with my previous pregnancies!! The couple working there were so fun and supportive and answered all my questions and believe me there were lots!! The environment was so welcoming and the experience was absolutely amazing!! We went at 17 weeks to be able to tell gender and we found out without a doubt we are having a boy! The images were so clear and is something we will cherish forever!! A solid 5 stars for customer service. I had family visit from out of town who were dying to get a glimpse of our 28 week old baby. I knew very well it was unlikely that all 7 members were going to have a chance to view the ultrasound in the private examining room. To my surprise, each member was given ample time to rotate throughout the appointment. A live streaming app from our phone devices were made available for those who remained in the waiting room between viewings. I was the July 2018 Bronze Package winner & out of 3 pregnancies this ultrasound experience was the best! The staff and technician were so friendly and accommodating. They took their time & made sure we left just as excited as we came in. The pictures were so amazing, I can't wait to compare them to my little girl in a couple months. Being able to find out the gender of our baby with my husband in the room was the best experience since I found I was pregnant! It is such an awesome way to see the baby! The tech who did the ultrasound was so nice and was excited with us the whole time. I couldn’t be happier. Especially during Covid, I 100% recommend coming here at least once during your pregnancy.
