My fiancé and I went to UC Baby location today to see our baby boy and we had an amazing experience! Very professional, cozy and clean atmosphere. The staff was incredible and made us feel very comfortable right away. The technician was extremely thorough and explained everything happening and exactly what we were seeing. Exactly what I requested, they called me back within a few hours. There wasn't a receptionist when I arrived but it was pretty clear that it is a one person operation that day. Today we had the first ultrasound for our first pregnancy. We couldn't have hoped for a better experience. The staff were so kind to us. We had the best experience ever at the clinic this morning! Our baby girl had her hands in her face most of the time, and the technician did everything she could to get us still some beautiful pictures. The staff is so sweet and informative. I was the winner of the Bronze Package and went for my ultrasound at 26 weeks. I had a great experience at UC BABY! I walked in and was greeted right away and congratulated on being the contest winner. The room accommodated more people than I brought which I thought was very nice. The ultrasound tech was super friendly and showed us everything on the big screen. When the baby didnt feel like cooperating, she did everything in her power to get the baby to turn so we could get the perfect picture. I didn't feel rushed and was so happy to see our little girl!
