I loved my experience!!! The tech was fantastic. She described everything we saw and took wonderful pictures. The receptionist was patient when choosing which pictures to print out and allowed my daughter to choose which bear she wanted to put the heartbeat in. My 5-10 minute appointment ended up being 45 minutes to an hour because we have one stubborn baby who refused to show us the gender. The ultrasound tech was so persistent and tried different ways to get the baby to work with us. I expected that the tech would only focus on the lower half of the baby because we only purchased the gender ultrasound and not one of the packages - however she showed us everything multiple times trying to get the best shot of the babies face as she could. I hope to come back for another ultrasound near the end of my pregnancy to get some amazing pictures! Thank you!!
Amazing experience!! I cannot be any more pleased. I won the online contest, and I was so excited! Nothing but gratitude for our ultrasound tech! She was so patient and understanding even with my little guy being very uncooperative. I highly recommend this place for all expecting moms! Just had our 3/4D ultrasound yesterday....what an amazing experience! We made a last minute appointment and were accommodated without hesitation from the staff. We received helpful tips over the phone plus reminder text messages to ensure we had the best session possible. The environment is clean, relaxing and well laid out to accommodate a bigger group. The tech was kind, knowledgeable and funny. She really went the extra mile to ensure the other 3 kids we had in tow felt welcomed and included in the session. Her expertise, patience and genuinely caring personality ensured things went smoothly and that our experience was above and beyond all expectations!!!!
