The images of my unborn baby are the coolest thing. Most people have never seen a 3D/4D picture. My package included the blue Heartbeat Bear but they didn’t have any at the time of my appointment. I had someone set up to pick one up when they came in but that fell through. I asked them to mail my bear as I live over 2 1/2 hours away and could not come and pick it up. Very comfortable setting, it was nice how there was couches so you could bring your family if you wanted. My bf & I loved the sweet Bob Marley lullabies they played while performing the ultrasound yesterday, and I love my Heartbeat Bear keepsake. I had an amazing experience here. They took their time and made sure I was comfortable and satisfied.
This was my second time here, and it was, once again, an awesome experience. Kelsey went above and beyond to make it special and stress-free. She didn't give up until we found the baby's gender, even though the baby wasn't cooperating at first. Had a wonderful experience at the UC BABY Surrey location. The technician was patient in getting amazing photos despite my stubborn boy hidding his face. She made sure the live stream was set up so my family in Ottawa could witness the scan as well. I'll be sure to recommend this service and location to anyone interested in a 3D scan. We opted for the Golden Package and received excellent and super friendly service at both visits! During our first visit, baby was sleeping and facing backwards for most of the 30 minute visit. The technician kept us for nearly 50 minutes to give us a chance at extra pictures, as they didn't have anyone scheduled for the time slot right after us. On our second appointment, I brought my mom along, and the same technician asked her if there was anything special she would like to see on the screen while she was there. I thought that was very sweet, and my mom just loved the entire 3d ultrasound experience! Thank you so much for a very special and memorable experience! Wonderful! My wife and I were blown away by the level of hospitality, consideration and genuine care we were shown during our visit today. The 3D ultrasound technician (never got her name) was one of the sweetest and most comforting people we have experienced. Mo was very friendly and extremely warm and welcoming. I went to UC Baby with my first pregnancy, and absolutely loved the experience. I was able to find out the gender of my baby and instantly formed a bond. The baby in my belly wasn't an "it" anymore. I didn't get the opportunity to go to UC Baby with this pregnancy, and I hate to say it, but the same bond just isn't there. I really don't like not knowing what I'm having....But I guess I will find out in less than 6 weeks. The atmosphere where I went was very professional and inviting, the staff were very warm and friendly.
