I had such an amazing appointment yesterday. The lady at the desk was very welcoming started a great conversation, very nice. The technician was super nice, took her time showing us the baby. I love my printed pictures that she was able to get. We found out the gender and also got to hear the baby's heart beat. The ladies were wonderful!! We had a wonderful family experience at UC BABY! The staff were friendly and professional, going above and beyond to help entertain our daughter who can along for the experience. Our 3d ultrasound technician was very nice and informative, taking the time to help us see every detail of our baby and make the overall experience fun. My experience at UC Baby was incredible. Being able to see my baby’s movements and even hear the heartbeat was so magical. I also loved that you can purchase a teddy bear with baby’s heartbeat and also get the gender poppers as well. The girl was so sweet and so helpful. They also allow you to take home one printed photo size 4x6 depending on what package you decide to go with. All the staff at UC BABY were so accommodating and they did everything to ensure we got the best photos of our Twins. We came back 3 times but at no extra cost, as on one scan one baby was asleep and then it was the other way round the next time. The technician explained where babies were throughout the scan and anything we didn't understand she explained. She also confirmed the sex of the babies. I enjoyed everything about UC baby! It was an all-around amazing experience! The staff were so inviting and made us feel comfortable. And I really liked the ultrasound room, so relaxing! Another thing I really liked was being able to have my whole family by my side to experience it with me! They all loved it!!! THANK YOU UC BABY!!!
