We have been to UC Baby twice now, once for a 3D ultrasound of our son in 2021 and last week for an early gender screen. We have had an excellent experience both times, The receptionist is super lovely, very personable and makes you feel at ease. The ultrasound tech was fantastic; she thoroughly explained everything she saw and really made sure she had the correct gender prior to telling us. My family and I went for our 3D ultrasound. I was 35 weeks and very nervous we wouldn't get any good pictures. The technician was extremely professional and kind, she got some amazing pictures and recording of our baby's heartbeat. This was our second pregnancy and experience at this location and they both were positive and enjoyable. Thank You so much and I have already recommended some finely pregnant friends about your services.
We had a wonderful family experience at UC BABY! The staff were friendly and professional, going above and beyond to help entertain our daughter who can along for the experience. Had a wonderful experience at the UC BABY Surrey location. The technician was patient in getting amazing photos despite my stubborn boy hidding his face. She made sure the live stream was set up so my family in Ottawa could witness the scan as well. I'll be sure to recommend this service and location to anyone interested in a 3D scan. I have always wanted to get a 3D ultrasound done. I googled for a place in Calgary and found UC BABY! I am so glad we picked this place. The staff was amazing. The lady who did our ultrasound was a sweetheart. She explained everything as she was doing it. We asked her a million questions and she answered everything. I did not feel rushed and she took her time with us. This was by far the most worthy experience during my pregnancy. I highly recommend this place, worth every penny!!! I received a gift card from a client so I booked an appointment at the UC BABY. The staff were very friendly and helpful. On my first visit the baby had his legs in front of its face so unfortunately we didn't see much. The tech let us rebook for a second visit. This time the baby was fully asleep. They gave me cold water and donuts to eat to wake the baby up. But again, we unsuccessful in getting good shots. The ladies allowed me to come back one more time. On this third visit, the hands were in front of the face, but we were more successful in seeing the baby's face. The UC BABY staff, both the tech and the office receptionist, were very kind and patient and I appreciate them taking the time to show me my little peanut.
