The staff was awesome! We went in the first time and the baby would not move so we had to make another appt, they were very accommodating and rebooked us right away. Exactly what I requested, they called me back within a few hours. There wasn't a receptionist when I arrived but it was pretty clear that it is a one person operation that day. I have found the UC Baby sonographer very caring. This was our first experience with her. She took her time and examined and scanned in detail with ultimate skills. We went to the UC BABY Moncton location for our ultrasound. The service and staff were really great. The atmosphere of the office/lab is really soothing and comfortable. My husband, mother, mother-in-law, grandma and I went for our 3D ultrasound on Sunday July 24th. We had the BEST experience ever. The technicians were so calm with us and took their time to show us everything (even though our baby was in a very shy mood) and explained everything that we were questioning.
