As always, I’m happy with the UC BABY service. This is our second time with them. They always make sure that they capture the great image and they really take time and not rush you. They even helped me to reposition my baby because she was hiding behind her cord. Highly recommend this place especially now that they upgraded their system to HD, it’s much clearer image. Incredible experience today at UC Baby! The office is clean and the ultrasound room was so comfortable for myself and my guests to follow along with the ultrasound pictures and videos. Our technician was lovely and so helpful. You really get what you pay for, it’s such an experience you want to have. We upgraded our package so we can come back and see baby again in 2 months. My boyfreind and I booked our appointment just before Christmas and brought our moms as part of their present and our present to each other. It was amazing seeing our baby around 32 weeks! He was beautiful and this experience made me super excited fir the journey ahead. Everyone told me not to go and do it. But i had the best experience ever! The tech was so knowledgable. And the staff were awesome. I would totally recommend the experience. I wanted to get it done so i knew what my little angel looked like and make sure she was actually a she. Well worth the money for the experience and peace of mind you get from the experience. It was an amazing experience, staff was great at explaining patiently and kindly what we were watching. The results were great. We had awesome pictures from our baby. I love that it's more personal and intimate. I love that the tv screen is set up so the mother and family can see the whole appointment/session unlike medical ultrasounds. I also love how friendly everyone at UC Baby Lethbridge are. Such a wonderful experience!
We did not know what to expect when we arrived for the appointment. The technician that completed the 3D Ultrasound at UC Baby Burnaby was absolutely wonderful. Her interaction throughout the entire showing was instrumental in the quality of the process and she made it a lot of fun with her knowledge and humor.
