I had my 3D ultrasound today with UC BABY Whitby. The receptionist was amazing very friendly and informative and the ultrasound technician was very patient and kind. I received a gift card from a client so I booked an appointment at the UC BABY. The staff were very friendly and helpful. On my first visit the baby had his legs in front of its face so unfortunately we didn't see much. The tech let us rebook for a second visit. This time the baby was fully asleep. They gave me cold water and donuts to eat to wake the baby up. But again, we unsuccessful in getting good shots. The ladies allowed me to come back one more time. On this third visit, the hands were in front of the face, but we were more successful in seeing the baby's face. The UC BABY staff, both the tech and the office receptionist, were very kind and patient and I appreciate them taking the time to show me my little peanut. First time mother to be, friends and coworkers told me about the option to have a 3D ultrasound done. So I located UC baby and we booked it for 31 weeks. What an amazing experience myself and the father-to-be had at UC Baby. The technician was really helpful answering questions and showing us exactly what we were looking at. She was also very patient with getting cute photos for us to keep on the usb drive. We're so happy we had the 3D done because we have an amazing memory to keep and show our family and baby when she is older. We had such a beautiful experience at this location. Staff are professional and really do their best to explain everything you are seeing. I had such an amazing appointment yesterday. The lady at the desk was very welcoming started a great conversation, very nice. The technician was super nice, took her time showing us the baby. I love my printed pictures that she was able to get. We found out the gender and also got to hear the baby's heart beat. The ladies were wonderful!!
