Our appointment at UC BABY was fun and pleasurable experience. We loved seeing our little one and getting the vivid photos of her cute face, hands and feet. The regular ultrasound visits could not tell us anything! They told us that the gender couldn't be determined. We ended up having 5 medically prescribed ultrasounds and none of them could tell us. I received a gift card from a client so I booked an appointment at the UC BABY. The staff were very friendly and helpful. On my first visit the baby had his legs in front of its face so unfortunately we didn't see much. The tech let us rebook for a second visit. This time the baby was fully asleep. They gave me cold water and donuts to eat to wake the baby up. But again, we unsuccessful in getting good shots. The ladies allowed me to come back one more time. On this third visit, the hands were in front of the face, but we were more successful in seeing the baby's face. The UC BABY staff, both the tech and the office receptionist, were very kind and patient and I appreciate them taking the time to show me my little peanut. We went to UC BABY Hamilton today. The experience was amazing. The staff was super friendly and made the experience much more enjoyable. The facility is warm and inviting. It was so amazing seeing our little guy. There were 6 of us all together and were told the more the merrier. The ultrasound technician was sweet and talked to baby throughout the entire visit. She made sure we saw everything we wanted to and tried her best to get plenty of pictures and video we were pleased with. Little man was not very cooperative but she was so patient and we got some great pictures and video. We also purchased the Heartbeat Bears, such neat idea. Overall we are very impressed with quality and the service in general. We are looking forward to our second visit in September. Thank you UC Baby!!! My husband and I won a package through a UC Baby contest for the St. John's location, and all I can say is, WOW! What an absolutely amazing experience! The ultrasound tech was so friendly, and super patient with getting pictures of our baby girl who kept covering her face! We felt super comfortable and at ease throughout the entire appointment! The staff was very friendly and made it feel like a enjoyable and pleasent visit. It was amazing to see the 3D image to get a better idea of what our second bundle of joy would look like! I had the wonderful opportunity of seeing my baby in 3D twice. And he actually looked a lot like his ultrasound! I had two ultrasound technicians and both were fantastic and the girl on the front desk was so sweet and very very helpful. I would definitely recommend it to anyone interested in seeing their bundle of joy before they enter the world.
Got to see our baby girl today for the first time! The experience was beyond amazing and definitely one-of-a-kind. My husband and I couldnt believe that we were actually seeing her yawn, smile, and kick her feet up. The technician was amazing.
