Wow, what a wonderful experience! Our sonographer was friendly, and got some great shots of our little one. I was so happy to hear that the staff were able to accommodate our request of not revealing our baby's gender. The sonographer made sure to tell us to "look away" when necessary and provided us with our baby's gender in an envelope upon departure, so we could find out with friends and family! I may have to come back when I am further along in my pregnancy...so much fun!

UC Baby Brampton is amazing! The staff are very friendly and welcoming. They make you feel comfortable during your time there. I had my gender results there for my surprise gender reveal party and they were absolutely 100% accurate! They put it in an envelope sealed up so we couldn't see. My husband and I enjoyed the whole experience with the 3D ultrasound. We fell more in love with our daughter when we saw her facial features and how she was moving around so much. While my appointment isn't until next week, I can say that what I like most about UC Baby is the excellent quality of service that I have thus far received. The owner of the UC Baby Ottawa was incredibly helpful, answering all of my questions and providing me with lots of information to help me decide if a 3D/4D ultrasound was right for me, and which package would best suit my needs. We had our 23-week 3D ultrasound at UC Baby. We brought the aunt and grandparents along with us and they were amazed by the whole process and so thrilled to be a part of it. We even broadcast overseas to the other grandparents in Chile and to my great grandparents who are not very computer savvy but had no problem! It was great for me to be in an ultrasound where I got to see it all as opposed to a quick turn of the monitor and a 5 second recap after being prodded for 30 minutes. We chose to do 3D ultrasound after our little bean was uncooperative at my 20-week and we could not determine the gender. Baby continued to be just as uncooperative at UC Baby but Emily worked hard to get it to move and was able to show us the gender! I went to UC Baby Ultrasound for my Gender Reveal scan. The technician was very interactive throughout the session and showed us some amazing shots of the baby (baby sucking fingers and much more), which is now memorable to us. We just had our 3D/4D session at UC Baby this past weekend and it was well worth it!!! The ability to see our little one yawn, stretch and smile with such clarity was the most beautiful and heartwarming experience ever! My husband works out of town and for him to have the ability to share in this experience with me thru the FREE Live Broadcasting service was the most amazing thing ever! With our session, we also took the Heartbeat Bear and the USB with the photos and video session. I am almost embarrassed about it, but not enough to hide it...I have been cuddling with this ADORABLE Heartbeat Bear almost every night since I brought it home and often listen to our daughter's heartbeat before going to sleep. The staff and atmosphere of this centre was so warm, welcoming and accommodating and I appreciated their patience and attentiveness with me. Having 3D ultrasound at UC BABY was the most amazing experience one can wish for. On the arrival to our appointment, we were greeted by a very courteous lady, who turned out to be the owner of this place. As a first time mom this is absolutely amazing. My husband and I have had horrible experiences with the mandatory ultrasounds I’ve had previously and those technicians always made me feel like it was my fault they couldn’t get results. Here at UC Baby, they make you feel incredibly wonderful and celebrate the new baby you’re growing! The technician here was outstanding! She’s super sweet, patient and is super kind. We’ve been yanked around the past few weeks trying to find out the sex of the baby and our sonographer at UC Baby took a mere matter of 30 seconds to find out! The atmosphere here is absolutely calming. It feels almost like a spa retreat! There is a huge TV where you can see the action happening. We were able to see so much of our baby and our amazing technician explained every little bit to us. She also let us ask any questions we had which was a bonus too! Honestly, I’d recommend this to any parent(s) who are going to have a baby. My husband and I had the best time here and if we get pregnant in the future we’re definitely coming back! I hade one done in 2015 for my son it was the best experience ever. i went twice to see the diff betwen 18 week and 24 week it was amazing. I got Heartbeat Bear, 2 dvd, 2 cd (1 of each session) and im glad I went. I lost my boy at 38 week stillborn and now it's only memory i have of him alive on the dvd n photos so thanks god UC BABY exist .... We went for a 3D ultrasound on my 27 weeks. The sonographer was super nice from the moment we stepped in. She explained everything and tried all in her hand to obtain our baby face image, but she wasn't cooperating. She booked us for a repeated session on my 30th week and gave me some advice to help the baby be in a better position. This time, we were able to see her face and get some pictures. Again, the baby wasn't that cooperative, but our tech did everything she could for us to have a nice video and picture of our little one. Our tech was extremely patient and nice, doing everything to help my baby move around a bit to be able to get at least some decent pictures, which they did. The images of my unborn baby are the coolest thing. Most people have never seen a 3D/4D picture. My package included the blue Heartbeat Bear but they didn’t have any at the time of my appointment. I had someone set up to pick one up when they came in but that fell through. I asked them to mail my bear as I live over 2 1/2 hours away and could not come and pick it up. I just went for my second 3D ultrasound on November 2nd and was extremely impressed with the photo quality! Even though my son had his hand and foot by his head, the tech was able to get some pretty nice pictures of his face! We also got the heartbeat bear again and love it so much! I didn't know it at the time of our appointment but I had very low amniotic fluid (which I was later hospitalized for and almost induced early because of). Despite the challenge of trying to get clear images while my amniotic fluid was so low your staff was patient, courteous and friendly! My husband was working out of town at the time and it meant SO much to us that he was able to take part via the internet and still see our baby and hear us and talk to us! I'm so happy i decided to have this ultrasound. It is so much different when you get to see your baby looking like a real person, it makes you excited for the day you actually get to see them in person. Even though i was already 32 weeks, the staff at UC Baby helped me look for the nearest available schedule so we could still have a good look at baby (They replied almost instantly to my emails and even called me). Our sonographer was so nice, she did everything she could to get great pictures and videos of our baby even though i had so little space left in my womb for baby to move. I loved the Videos and Photos!!! The videos come with background music that will just make you so emotional, and it incorporates the baby's heartbeat as well. The photos were great too, they gave us around 4 printed copies and as much as 62 still photos in the CD, our tech even helped us put it in our USB since we don't have a CD and DVD player in our laptops. I had such a terrible experience at my first ultrasound at the hospital. I wasn't told much information, my boyfriend wasn't allowed to see the baby and I did not get a picture. We had our Gender Reveal Scan for our twins at UC Baby 3D ultrasound last night. The office is clean and looks very professional. And our technician was warm, friendly and spent more time than we expected. We had a such nice time with being able to see and meet our little baby. The 3D image experience was well worth it! I would recommend getting one of these especially for dads who want to try to connect with their little baby. It was a very emotional and satisfying experience. I would like to thank UC Baby for providing such a good service. I loved my technician. She was very professional and very friendly. She walked us through the ultrasound very patiently. The baby was sleeping and hiding but with the tech's experience we got the baby movin' and shkin' and we were able to capture some beautiful memories in our minds, hearts ,on DVD & pictures! I was able to return for the second time because the on the first appointment, the baby kept hiding the face. I was able to bring my son and husband during both appointments so they can experience it with me. The packages are reasonably priced. Booking an appointment is easy. The technician was describing what we're seeing and what the baby is doing. It was really nice and she was really friendly. I had the wonderful opportunity of seeing my baby in 3D twice. And he actually looked a lot like his ultrasound! I had two ultrasound technicians and both were fantastic and the girl on the front desk was so sweet and very very helpful. I would definitely recommend it to anyone interested in seeing their bundle of joy before they enter the world.

We visited UC Baby in Barrie Ontario today. We just wanted to let anyone here looking for a 3D ultrasound clinic that UC Baby is the place to go. The tech is beyond fantastic! She takes her time, and ensures that you're comfortable and you understand everything that's going on. She ensures that you go home with the best pictures possible and that the Heartbeat Bears are loud and clearly recorded. The receptionist is friendly and easy going and gets to know everyone who walks in the door. Whether it is your first, or third visit they are more than accommodating! I can't explain to anyone here how welcoming they are in there and how comforting they are during your session. Both times I was only suppose to be receiving 30 minutes + some. I received almost 2 hours to ensure that everything was done well & to standard. I can't recommend them enough!

We had our first visit today at 25 weeks. The entire experience was incredible. It was so amazing seeing our little guy up close and personal. We purchased the Gold Package, USB recording and the Heartbeat Bear- so worth every penny. The staff was so friendly and made us all feel so welcome. We had 6 people in total and were told to bring all our family and friends. The facility is warm and inviting we will definitely recommend to family and friends. The ultrasound technician was super friendly and spoke to baby the entire visit. Our little guy was not very cooperative but she took so much time to make sure we got to see everything we wanted and get some great photos and videos. The gentleman at the front was very kind and made sure everything went smoothly from setting up the appointments to making sure we selected our favourite photos to print at the end. Our appointment at UC BABY was fun and pleasurable experience. We loved seeing our little one and getting the vivid photos of her cute face, hands and feet. The regular ultrasound visits could not tell us anything! They told us that the gender couldn't be determined. We ended up having 5 medically prescribed ultrasounds and none of them could tell us. Fantastic experience! Ultrasound tech advised us she would be late due to a personal emergency. She communicated well with us and provided a few options. We decided to just stay in touch and go with the flow. The appointment ended up being on time anyways, and she was fabulous, friendly, and upbeat! 10 out of 10, I would recommend! We were on the fence if we wanted to pay to do a 3D ultrasound. We are pregnant with twins after 8 years of infertility and because of having two buns in the oven, we get several ultrasounds throughout our pregnancy. Worth every penny. The sonographer was so sweet and kind during each scan. She took time to ensure we got the best pics of the babies, even though our baby was not cooperative at times. Beautiful experience! This is my third pregnancy and my first time getting it done. Im so happy with my results and wished I’d did it with my two previous pregnancies. I’ve bought the bronze package but leaving here wanting the gold. Worth the money and you get your baby’s precious memories for a life time.

I bought a gift certificate for my friend's first baby from the UC Baby Mississauga location. The process was extremely easy, and the experience very gratifying. The baby was camera-shy when my friend first went and baby wouldn't take a decent pictur. The friendly staff were very accommodating and booked a second appointment free of charge.We now have a beautiful picture of unborn baby Alex to forever cherish :) Thank you UC Baby for giving us a glimpse into our future. Wonderful! My wife and I were blown away by the level of hospitality, consideration and genuine care we were shown during our visit today. The 3D ultrasound technician (never got her name) was one of the sweetest and most comforting people we have experienced. Mo was very friendly and extremely warm and welcoming.
