It was such a great experience we laughed so hard because baby was sleeping and wouldn't move as soon as the tech said "ok I think we're done for now", the baby started to move and we got some great shots of his face. Went in at 20 weeks for a Bronze Package. We wanted to verify gender and also get a little glimpse of what really goes on in there. I didn't know it at the time of our appointment but I had very low amniotic fluid (which I was later hospitalized for and almost induced early because of). Despite the challenge of trying to get clear images while my amniotic fluid was so low your staff was patient, courteous and friendly! My husband was working out of town at the time and it meant SO much to us that he was able to take part via the internet and still see our baby and hear us and talk to us! We had such a wonderful experience seeing our third baby - it made us wish I had done this for my previous two pregnancies as well. Our technician was so incredibly sweet, and was able to capture so many images of our baby. I appreciated that we were offered a second viewing because my little guy hid from us on the first try. What's amazing was we were able to have both sets of grandparents see/hear the whole session. We were in Calgary, while they were in Saint John, NB and Minnesota! It was such a special moment to see some of his personality in utero that he still had once born was surreal (sticking out his tongue).

Very comfortable setting, it was nice how there was couches so you could bring your family (4 people) if you wanted, my bf & I loved the sweet bob Marley lullabies they played while performing the ultrasound yesterday, and I love my Heartbeat Bear keepsake. I enjoyed the friendliness of the receptionist and how the technician was passionate and took her time in explaining the different body parts to me confirming my baby's gender like I asked. We had an amazing experience here at UC Baby in Hamilton. Both of the staff were amazing from the moment we walked in. The sonographer was extremely kind and warm and made us feel so excited. She kept the gender a secret and put it in an envelope for us. We highly recommend anyone to come here for any of the amazing packages they offer! Well worth the money! My family and I visited UC BABY today for our 3D ultrasound and I am blown away by the experience we had. The sonographer was absolutely fantastic with our children and making them feel included in the session. She was very professional yet super friendly and easy to speak with. Huge rave to the UC BABY Edmonton location! Had a 3D ultrasound today at a different place and they weren't able to find the gender... We were on the fence if we wanted to pay to do a 3D ultrasound. We are pregnant with twins after 8 years of infertility and because of having two buns in the oven, we get several ultrasounds throughout our pregnancy. We literally waited until the last minute and are SOOOOO glad we did! It was such a great experience. UC Baby is super clean, and their ultrasound tech is super nice and professional. Having 3D ultrasound at UC BABY was the most amazing experience one can wish for. On the arrival to our appointment, we were greeted by a very courteous lady, who turned out to be the owner of this place. We were welcomed into a very nice room, with a big screen tv and a comfortable bed. Our technician made this experience extra special - she was very attentive, patient and really tried to get our little girl to show her body parts, no matter how our baby tried to hide in there. It was an emotional journey for us, and you were an angel by being exactly what and who we needed in these moments. Not only are we grieving my father's passing as he passed right before I was able to confirm pregnancy but I also had a miscarriage right before this baby. I like the whole experience?gives you a great visual of the baby and the technician was so nice. She tried her hardest to get a picture of our little one's face but she wasn?t in the mood! You guys give a way better picture definitely makes it more real!
